Now on Mac, for Android phones
Plug it in, pick File transfer, and your phone shows up in Finder like a USB drive. Drag, rename and delete the way you already do. Nothing to install on the phone.
No new app to learn. Your phone behaves like any other drive on your Mac.
Every phone mounts read-only, so nothing changes by accident. Switch to Read & write from the menu bar when you mean it. Unplug, and it's safe again.
Drag and drop, rename, delete, Quick Look with the space bar. It works from Terminal too.
If your phone offers File transfer over USB, Crosslane mounts it. Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus and the rest.
Pay once and Crosslane stays unlocked on that Mac for good. No subscription, no renewals, no account. It works offline, and a reinstall picks the licence up again.
Apple keeps its devices to itself. Crosslane is building the lanes between them and everything else.
Pay once. Use it on your Mac for life.
No. Crosslane uses the File transfer mode every Android phone already has.
Lifetime access to Crosslane on the Mac you activate. You pay once; there’s no subscription and nothing to renew. Another Mac needs its own activation, and so does a Mac whose hardware is changed (for example, a replaced logic board), because the licence is tied to the Mac’s hardware.
Not yet. Today Crosslane connects Android phones to a Mac. iPhone support for Windows and Linux is planned.
Only after you switch the phone to Read & write. Until then it is read-only, and it goes back to read-only every time you unplug.
A Mac with macOS 26 or later, an Android phone, and a USB cable that carries data, not just charge.
